During one-on-one sessions, we will discuss your goals, concerns, and any updates. You will receive guidance, encouragement, and direction, as well as any assignments that might make sense.

Assignments might include certain readings (mostly provided), prompts, revision guidance, and writing exercises.

You will receive ongoing encouragement and pep-talks, as well as any accountability you might need.

Much of the mentoring process includes individualized information about the craft of memoir, as well as industry-specific knowledge from a seasoned career memoirist.
